Increasing muscle mass depends on the diet combined with exercise. A diet that nutritionists suggest worldwide, can help in achieving the desired look.

Eggs
Eggs are rich source of protein.An egg contraining from 6 to 8 grams of protein. They are also rich vitamins, zinc, iron, calcium, and therefore constitute one of the main products that help feed the muscle, and consequently its increase.

Chicken breast
100 grams of chicken breast contain 30grams of protein and a minimum amount of fat. Chicken meat is relatively cheap, easy and quick to prepare.

Salmon

Broccoli

There is no better source of vitamins and minerals from fruits and vegetables. However, try this food to eat fresh, because its thermal processing lose much of vitamins and minerals.

Chocolate milk
It seems to good to be true, but chocolate milk helps build muscle mass. In one study  said that chocolate milk afeects athletes in the same way as sports drinks that used in training, that helps increase energy during and after training.

Almonds
Almonds are a good source of fat and protein, but one that essential for feeding muscle, vitamin E which contain. Vitamin E is a powerful antioxidant that fights free radicals and helps to quickly overcome the difficulties in training.

Water
Is not food, but  hydration is very important element for proper muscle building. The human body is made up of 70% water, and muscle tissue of 75%of water. Maintaining the hydration of muscles, its helps in increasing strength, increasing energy, and also in proper digestion.
